I enjoy knowing what different foods do for my body. Food is the most important and potent medicine you can take, and we must not forget that and take straight to downing addictive pills. Plus food tastes awesome. Especially watermelon, which I’m posting also because it’s currently in season, the best time to eat your fruits and veggies.
